This system is 100% tamper proof, with a 6mm polycarbonate window on the front of the cabinet door. The tamper proof key will be made of solid steel metal and will not be able to be duplicated in the general market.

This system has a minimum capacity of 40 key slots per cabinet. The main feature of this product is its "central management system" - which enables administritive management remotely. It has a built in web server and makes ful use of SSL technology, to enable admins to track complete changes to the system.

Keytracker ULTIMA maintenance packages

Optional maintenance packages offer peice of mind by covering your system there are three levels of cover

• No maintenance: Free advice and assistance by phone – Callouts: £350 plus £50per hour on site plus parts at list price.

• Level 1-BRONZE; Telephone support and support via logmein software allowing Keytracker engineers to work on your system remotely to identify and solve any issues that may arise within the software. Callouts (if required) are charged at £150 per visit plus £25 per hour - Parts will be charged at list price £60 per year per cabinet

• Level 2-SILVER; Telephone support and support via logmein software allowing Keytracker engineers to work on your system remotely to identify and solve any issues within the software. Also includes 1annual site visit and service to identify and rectify any further queries and supply a full report. If further callouts are required they are charged at £150 per visit - Once the engineer is on site they will rectify any situation with no further labour charge. Parts will be charged at list price £150 per year per cabinet

• Level 3-GOLD; Telephone support and support via logmein software allowing Keytracker engineers to work on your system remotely to identify and solve any issues within the software. Also includes 1annual site visit and service to identify and rectify any further queries and supply a full report. If further callouts are required they are free of charge. Also includes all parts, call outs and labour with no additional cost. This package ensures that you are fully covered.  £300 per year per cabinet

Support hours provide a 9 to 5pm Monday to Friday coverage unless otherwise agreed

An override key is supplied with every system for emergency access

Vandalism, consumables (seals, keys etc) and insurance related damage repair is chargeable
