The keytracker software is an ideal "add-on" for our mechanical key control system. It enables you to have a full audit trail of key movements on your keys. You will be able to see who has had what key at any time. You will be able to easily produce your own reports on transactions, and see exactly who has had what.

Our software is driven by an SQL databse. This format of database is very clean and reliable. Having this incorporated into our software, we can store huge amounts of data within a small space on a hard drive. Installation and configuration is built into the default installation of the Keytracker software - all necessary software and components are installed automatically.

Keytracker is an incredibly versatile piece of software that gives the end user many possibilities. We have done our very best to ensure that our software requires very little resources, to allow to run as quickly as possible, without "hogging" or taking up valuable PC speed.

The minimum specification required is as follows:

• Operating System: Microsoft Windows based PC ('98/2000/ME/NT, XP & Vista***)
• Processor: Intel Pentium III processer @ 750 MHz or equivilent
• Hard Drive Space: At Least 500 MB
• RAM: 256 MB
• Screen Resolution: 1024x768

***For use on windows vista, SQL Express 2005 needs to be installed. For XP and previous, MSDE must be installed.

For Windows 7 users, our software is still being fully tested for this Operating System. Some compatibility issues may currently exist.

Our Keytracker software comes with the added functionality of full audit reports. Clicking a few simple buttons will generate a report filled generously with item transactions. The end user will be able to see exactly who has had what keys at any given time.

All reports can be exported to e-mail, or even to a disk file. Our software supports exporting to PDF, Word Doc, RTF (Rich Text Format), CSV, Excel 6+, TSV, HTML, Lotus, RPT (Crystal Reports), ODBC, Paginated Text, Record Style, Report Definition, XML or Plain Text.
