Rental terms

Mechanical systems

Rental systems are charged at 10pence per set of keys per week and include all required system boards, access and retaining pegs, initial anti-tamper seals and any other items required to operate your system effectively (Mirror hangers, magnetic blocks, coloured markers)

Steel self-closing cabinets with additional key locks and multi-point locking for mechanical systems will charged at £3.50 per week per cabinet (any size)

Electronic systems

Rental systems are charged at 1% of list price per week, including all maintenance costs

Delivery, collection and installation at extra

Contract length

No minimum or maximum rental term on mechanical systems

24 month minimum on Electronic systems

Termination of rental or outright purchase option

Rentals may be terminated on receipt of full payment of agreed purchase price at any time

All rentals must have been paid up to date and further rental charges will cease on the day payment is received

Rental may also be terminated on return of goods to our factory at:

Monday to Friday 10am to 4.30pm

Rentals will be charged until date of return  

Please note: You will be charged for any items not returned, although wear and tear will not be charged

Don’t forget to stop your standing order, confirm this in writing to our accounts department, and return your goods within that week.
